Ananas au gingembre
Salut à tous, une simple recette d'ananas avec du gingembre frais, du citron vert, du miel et du 4 épices.
Eplucher l'ananas et le couper en 4 pour enlever le coeur, cette partie dure qu'il ne faut pas manger.
Couper ensuite l'ananas en petits cubes, arroser de jus de citron vert, si l'ananas n'est pas très sucré ajouter un peu de miel, râper du gingembre frais et ajouter une pointe de 4 épices.
Bien mélanger et laisser reposer au réfrigérateur avec un film alimentaire.
