We look to sort for alternative when getting our priorities look difficult. Due to the inflation food stuff, people are beginning to find alternative to some of these expensive food stuffs. And that has been helping to cut down too much of overspending.

SOAKING PROCESS.

After the corns have been removed from the corncobs, I soaked the corn for 3 good days in a bucket that contains water so that it can softer.

Then when the 3days soaking is completed,I washed it off with clean water, rinsed and proceed to the grinding processes in a nearby neighbor's house with grinding machine with motor Spirit.

Cooking process.

At this stage, I cut out small portion of the grinded wet corn into a cup while I have my pot of water on the cooking has.

When the water steamed to certain degrees, I pour the grinded corn into the pot then turn it with a turning stick. To make it, it's a very simple one. When it's cooked then it can be served.
