I found the hot dog recipe interesting, especially the part about ketchup being completely forbidden in this Chicago-style hot dog.
In my case, Venezuelan hot dogs have all sorts of toppings, and there are quite a few variations of sauces and additional ingredients, but we usually use three basic sauces in all our recipes: ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
