My Delicious/Favorite Delicacy!

My favorite meal

Hi, beautiful hivians. It another week of blessing, favor, opportunities, connections and open doors. Welcome to my block.

To start with, I will be talking about my favorite dish, it is one of the continental dishes in Nigeria. When we were young, we didn't have this kind of meal prepared for us, but now it is rampant, and it is people's favorite.

Furthermore, preparing this sumptuous meal is time-consuming, and it needs appropriate time for preparation to give it the taste.

Fried rice is not an hour food, it requires hours and ingredients to make it look like fried rice and to give you the taste.

Before I could plan of cooking this delicious meal, I went to the market to buy the following things;

• Rice (8 cups)
• Goat meat
• Groundnut oil
• Homemade turmeric and other mixed recipes.
• Ginger and garlic
• Exception to onions
• Carrots
• Green pea
• Corn farrow
• Cucumber
• Fresh tomatoes.
  Since there was no cabbage in the market, I decided to go for an alternative salad using evaporated milk as my cream.
  Everything was about #10,000 NGN. $20.00

Beloved, after this preparation, it was as if angels brought the food from heaven. People came to the house that very day, I'm not selfish. I served them, and they liked to woo, that the food was rich.

I like cooking and whenever I am in the kitchen, I try my very best to cook quality food for the family not that people will impress me, that's my make-up of delivery.

There are others of my local dishes I liked so much, like, asa iwa, ,oto mboro, ekpannwukwu, asa abakpa, so many but to mention a few.

You may ask, 'if I don't select food'? Well,' I don't select food, unless it is not well-prepared'.

Fried rice is my favorite food, I do the preparation myself.

As you can see, potful of it with chop chop on top.
