It's a beautiful beach. There's nobody around; it looks quiet and peaceful. The rocks clinging to the sand and the colorful objects on them bring out the simplicity and beauty of the surrounding sand. You've captured the arched rocks perfectly in the framing. These are some of the most beautiful beach photos I've ever seen.

This is a little less visited area of the Oregon Coast. Of course as we get further into summer that is bound to change somewhat. You are right though, we timed it right and the ability to find a quiet place to interact with nature was prevalent.
