My Favorite Traditional Food : Gethuk

This is our traditional food from Indonesia: Gethuk.
This is made by mashed cassava, sweeted, full of colors, with grated coconut on top.
It has great combination of cassava and grated coconut. We usually snack on them in the morning with a bitter black coffee.
