Preparing Beans

Today i want to talk about a very common food in my country, Nigeria..

** Preparing and cooking beans fast**

Most people usually find it hard to prepare the food because its sometimes time wasting and takes longer time to prepare and even cook self .

Alot of people that likes eating beans prefer going out to buy it that cooking it with their gas ,lol..

Many will say with the price of gas currently,if you are cooking beans definitely you are a ritualist or blood money manits just sarcasm though.😂😂

Well here i just want to mention few steps on how to prepare beans

Select it faster from the beans chaff and beans weevil and stones too..

Then cook it faster too.

So first thing i did was to measure the beans .

Then poured it into a bigger bowl.

After that i had to add some huge quantity of water to it also .

Note: after adding water to the beans, some part of both the beans chaff and even the beans eating by weevils will float .
The point of adding water is to make most of the chaff float and then the stones will be under with the bean's too .

Next is to select the chaffs and the few beans that are floating ontop the water ,

After that you get to select the beans out from the bowl ,
This will make it easy for you to see if there are any chaff or stones too ..

Once you are done,
You then put the beans inside a pot and cook ..

While cooking you just slice alot of onions to it and then after about 15mins filter the water ,
Then continue your cooking by adding all the needed ingredients to it ,

In less than 40 to 50mins your beans will be ready for consumption.
