(17pics) Today I headed out early — figured I’d have time for my StepN* , breakfast, movie time. But of course, me leaving early meant I ended up right at sunrise, totally hypnotized by the lake. I mean… what can I even say about how beautiful it was? Just look at it yourself, seriously.

I kept running as the sun slowly climbed higher — thank God — because I was dying from how gorgeous it all was. Then Elahe showed up, all excited about the autumn leaves. When she walks on them, I just think, “Don’t say a word, let her have her moment.” Not that it matters — even if I do talk, she doesn’t hear me anyway.

We looped around toward the stairs and saw the field packed with kids. And both of us were like, how on earth do a bunch of little kids drag themselves out of bed early on a holiday just to play soccer?! Elahe was so curious she almost went to ask them — almost.

Then we got to the stairs, and right at the top, there were some signs of dudes who had clearly been celebrating life — paper cups, yogurt drink for chaser, and an empty bottle of alcoholic drink. We passed by, and I think Elahe stopped her tracker at exactly forty-four minutes and forty-four seconds before heading off. Then I went straight toward the breakfast-and-movie hangout.

They’d already bought eggs, Sangak bread, and kaal-Siyah (a kind of melon). We bought donuts and sunflower seeds. Somehow I ended up in charge of preparing the kaal-Siyah, and I took so long that by the time I was done, everyone had already eaten half their breakfast. Apparently, my slowness follows me everywhere.

After breakfast, the gang got tickets for the last night of "Siavash Passing Through Fire" theater. Then we watched The Imitation Game (2014) — such a masterpiece. I’d seen it before, but it still hits hard. Absolute gem.

That’s just my taste though — don’t go watch it and come back saying it sucked! I’ve learned that if people hype up a movie too much before you see it, your expectations skyrocket and it ends up feeling meh. But if everyone says it’s bad, then you watch it and go, “Hey… that wasn’t so bad. Actually, kinda good!” Humans, man. We’re ridiculous.

(۱۷ع) امروز زودتر اومدم بیرون که هم به استپ‌ن برسم و هم به صبحونه و فیلم برسم. ولی زودتر اومدن همانا و دم طلوع رسیدن و مسحور منظره‌ی دریاچه شدن همان! من چی بگم از قشنگی‌ش‌؟ شما خودتون ببینید آخه...

دیگه ادامه دادم و کم کم خورشید اومد بالاتر و از اون وضعیت درومد خداروشکر، داشتم هلاک می‌شدم از فرط زیبایی‌ش! الهه هم رسید و اونم ذوق برگ‌های پاییزی رو داشت! وقتی روی برگ‌ها راه میره پیش خودم میگم هیچی نگم که عیش‌ش کامل بشه، البته اگه بگم هم فرقی نمی‌کنه... نمی‌شنوه!

چرخیدیم به سمت پله‌ها و دیدیم زمین چمن پر از بچه‌ست و برای هردومون سوال بود که چی باعث میشه که چندتا بچه‌ی کم سن و سال، روز تعطیل، از خواب ناز پا شن، بیان اینجا فوتبال؟! الهه می‌خواست بره ازشون بپرسه اینقدر که کنجکاو بود، ولی نمی‌دونم چی شد که نرفت!

رفتیم و رسیدیم به پله‌ها که دیدیم بالاشون دوستان بساط کرده بودن، لیوان یکبار مصرف و دوغ به‌عنوان مزه و بطری خالی عرق! دیگه عبور کردیم و گمونم الهه سر چهل و چهار دقیقه و چهل و چهار ثانیه ذخیره کرد و رفت و منم روونه شدم به سوی دورهمی صبحونه و فیلم.

این شد که تخم‌مرغ و نون سنگک و کال سیا خریده بودن، ما هم پیراشکی و تخمه گرفتیم و رفتیم. اونجا من مسئول آماده کردن کال سیا شدم که اینقدر فس فس کردم که بقیه نصف صبحونه‌شون رو خورده بودن! اونجا هم وصل اینجا سرعتم پایینه!

بعد از صبحونه بچه‌ها بلیط خریدن تا آخرین شب اجرای تیاتر "گذر سیاوش از آتش" رو از دست ندن، بعد از اون هم نشستیم پای فیلم "بازی ِ تقلید" محصول سال دوهزار و چهارده که بی‌نظیر بود. البته من یک‌بار دیگه هم دیده بودم‌ش ولی شاهکاره واقعاً.

البته این سلیقه‌ی منه. بعداً نرید ببینید بگید رید! آخه من تجربه گرفتم که معمولاً اگه قبل از دیدن یه فیلم خیلی ازش تعریف بشنویم انتظارات‌مون می‌ره بالا و فیلم به نظرمون چرت میاد، و برعکس اگه خیلی بد بشنویم و بعدش فیلم رو ببینیم میگیم اونقدرا هم بد نبود، حتی میشه گفت خوب بود! چیه این آدمیزاد؟!
