Your first ice cream

Hello dear friends, I wanted to share with you this time the reaction my son had when he ate his first cream ice cream. I had previously tried to make him ice cream at home with natural fruits, but my son rejected them all.

My husband and I decided to accept the pediatrician's suggestion of not giving sugar to our son until he was 2 years old, many will think it is something crazy but the reality is that artificial sugar is not necessary for babies, even sweet things he rejected them, as he was not used to eat them, it was hard for him to accept them.

But today we bought him an ice cream and he enjoyed it, he liked it very much, he keeps experimenting new flavors and it is wonderful to see how he decides if he likes something or not. Even though he can already eat sweet things I try to integrate them into his diet little by little and I try to keep his diet low in sugars.

The ice cream he ate today was two flavors, buttery and chocolate and at the end when he didn't want to eat the cookie part because it was too sweet he shared it with his daddy. It's great to see him growing up and doing new things.
