Brought it through a friend, he buys watches regularly and has quite a big Casio collection. The product is probably from Ebay, that's what the barcode/tag takes me at least, and the seller there is verified and has a high number of reviews too. So, from the looks of things, packaging, tags, paperwork, to the product itself, I don't see any chances of it being a counterfeit.
I think now this model is also available on Daraz and a few other watch shops too, when I bought it non of the shops knew about this model.
Also, the packaging isn't always the same, it differs from region to region.
