Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing some diverse food, almost all of which I made myself. Since some dishes are repetitive, I haven't included the recipes, but I wanted to share what I've been eating lately.

Some dishes are mostly protein-heavy because I've been exercising a lot lately and I want to control my diet more, but as you know, when exercising I don't want to stress too much about food. So I cook what I want, but I still focus on protein. Most of my meals include boiled eggs.

Besides boiled eggs, I sometimes make scrambled eggs with minimal seasoning to reduce sodium. I season them lightly, but not without seasoning, because some dishes don't taste good without it.

As I said, some meals are repetitive, so the taste and appearance are similar. It varies depending on what I feel like eating each day.

These are all the dishes I've made. They might not look very appetizing because I eat alone and keep things simple, sometimes in a hurry. But if I find something new or a new dish I want to share the recipe for, I'll do it later.

And this is what it's like when our daily meals are dishes I cook myself, and I'm always proud of my own cooking. It's so delicious, and I can make it taste exactly how I want it. I'm sure everyone will love it. Thank you for following my posts and photos. Have a great day!
