My kitchen time 🥒🌶️🍗 : Cooking a lunch for people who don't have much time.

Hello everyone! It's me again today. I wasn't feeling well yesterday, so I couldn't post, but I'm trying to write every day. Today, I'll be sharing a meal with you all, but instead of a recipe, I'll be sharing the story of how I cooked this meal.

The other day I went to the market and got some chicken wings. Today, I'm going to marinate them and bake them in the oven. Since I'm baking anyway, I also have sweet potatoes and pumpkin, so I can put everything in at once to save time and get a delicious meal at the same time.

Meanwhile, I've been walking for about 30 minutes. I woke up a little late today and planned to exercise. So I marinated the chicken and prepared to put it in the oven. I arranged the chicken on a tray, turned on the oven, and asked my dad to turn it off for me. I checked to make sure it was ready, then I went to exercise.

Because after exercising, it's usually lunchtime. I usually don't eat with my family because I'm a slow eater. I mean, I exercise, which often extends into lunchtime for my family, so I don't get to eat with them much. Today, I'll be making cucumber salad to eat with the chicken.

After deciding on the menu, I prepared by blanching the rice noodles to add to my cucumber salad. Today, I chose a less spicy version to avoid stomach upset, so I didn't use many chilies. Then I pounded everything together and arranged it on a plate.


The baked chicken was also ready, so I added it to the plate as a one-dish meal. I'm not sure if it's considered healthy, but overall, everything looked delicious. Without hesitation, I ate my meal with great relish. And that's my meal!

It was an easy dish, using minimal ingredients, but it was nutritious. This meal was incredibly delicious! Thank you for following along, and have a great day!
