My cooking time 👩🏼‍🍳 : Three-colored beef fried rice. 🍚🥩🥕🌽🫛🧅

Minced meat.png

Hello everyone, it's me again! But today I won't be giving away a recipe for four-colored minced beef fried rice. Actually, this recipe is quite similar to other general recipes, just with a few additions and a change of meat. This is one of my regular dishes, but lately I haven't been making it much, so I thought I'd make it for my family. Let's see what the ingredients and method are.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 150 grams minced beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams chicken hot dogs
  • 100 grams green peas
  • 100 grams corn
  • 100 grams carrots
  • 100 grams onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 teaspoons seasoning powder
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Ground black pepper

Method

  • Cook the jasmine rice. The rice can be leftovers, but if you're not cooking it now, you can cook it and then refrigerate it or let it cool. - This prevents the rice from becoming mushy during cooking.

  • Next, prepare the four-colored vegetables. Cut any uncut vegetables into small squares and set them aside.

  • Crush the garlic and sauté it in oil until fragrant. Add the meat and stir-fry until almost cooked. Add one egg first. Don't mash the egg; leave it in chunks so you can feel the egg in it when you eat it.

  • Stir everything together, then add all the vegetables and stir-fry. Pour in all the seasonings and mix them well so you can add them all at once. Stir until the vegetables are cooked, then add the chicken hot dogs, cut into small pieces. If you don't have hot dogs, you can use bacon, but this recipe is for those who don't eat pork.

  • Once everything is well combined and cooked, pour in the prepared rice. Then add the remaining two eggs. We'll stir these eggs into the rice first to coat each grain. Once coated, stir everything together slowly, stirring constantly until the rice starts to dry out.

  • Once everything is well combined, sprinkle with pepper. If you have green onions, you can chop them and add them for extra aroma and flavor. Once finished, this dish is ready to serve. It can be eaten as is or as an accompaniment to other meals.

  • For me, I sprinkle white sesame seeds and olive oil on top when eating for a healthier option. In fact, this meal would almost be healthy if it weren't for the hot dogs, but it's not bad at all; the flavors are delicious and well-balanced. Anyone who wants to make it can adjust the recipe. This recipe is suitable for four people. I hope everyone enjoys it. Please like my photos and story. Thank you for following. Wishing you all the best.
