This dish is called green papaya salad. Most mangoes are ripe and quite sweet. This dish requires raw mangoes that are quite sour. Therefore, it is hard to find ingredients. The other day, I went to the market and found some raw mangoes, so I bought some. I wanted to eat this dish. Let's see the ingredients and how to make it.

• One raw mango
• 2 teaspoons of fermented fish sauce
• 2 teaspoons of dried fish powder
• 1 shallot

• Wash the mango, peel it, and chop it into small pieces. Then pound it.
