Hello everyone! Today we're making Thai-style dipping sauce for grilled meat, which in Thailand is called "Moo Kratha" (Thai BBQ). It's a very popular dish that many people love. Today, a friend called and invited me to eat Moo Kratha with them, and I volunteered to make the dipping sauce. So today, I'll show you how to make a Thai-style BBQ dipping sauce for Moo Kratha. The method is very easy. Let's see what ingredients we need.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Piri-Piri Sauce
  • 10 grams garlic
  • 10 grams fresh chilies
  • 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pickled garlic juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • Celery leaves

Method

  • Heat a pot over low heat. Combine the chili sauce, sweet chili sauce, and Piri-Piri Sauce. Then simmer, gradually adding the pickled garlic juice. Chew for a while, then.

  • Blend the garlic and chili peppers until finely minced, then add to the sauce. Add lime juice or lemon juice. You can increase the amount of sourness if you like.

  • Finally, sprinkle with black sesame seeds (white sesame seeds are even better if you have them) and chopped celery leaves (or cilantro if you prefer). That's how you make your Thai BBQ dipping sauce.

This is a delicious dipping sauce recipe. Anyone who wants to try making it can adapt the recipe. It's not just for grilled meat or BBQ; it can also be used as a dipping sauce for sukiyaki. I hope everyone enjoys my cooking post. Thank you for your support and for following me.
