My cooking time π©πΌβπ³: Mixed fried rice π₯π«π§ π§π³π§π₯©π

Hello everyone! After a long hiatus, I've been a bit bored and stressed lately, so I haven't been in the mood to write on my blog. But today, I want to share a recipe for you all to try. It's a dish I often make, although the ingredients vary. Today, I found some interesting ingredients that I wanted to share. It's a mixed vegetable fried rice!

Ingredients:
- 3 cups rice
- 3 eggs
- 100 grams carrots
- 100 grams peas
- 100 grams onion
- 80 grams hot dog
- 1 burger patty
- 10 grams garlic
- 20 grams butter
- 10 grams black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions:
Cook the rice beforehand. You can use leftover rice, or if you don't have leftover rice, you can cook it. Let the rice cool down first, because if you stir-fry it while it's still hot, it will become soggy.
Prepare all the ingredients by cutting them into small pieces for stir-frying.

Heat a pan, add butter. Once the butter melts, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until the garlic starts to cook.
Add one egg first and scramble it into small pieces to give it a nice eggy flavor when you eat it. Then add the meat, seafood, or shellfish. We use ready-made frozen seafood that can be used with spaghetti or added to fried rice.

- Stir-fry everything until it starts to cook, then add the chopped carrots, peas, and onions to the pan, followed by the seasonings. I mix the seasonings beforehand and then pour them all in at once for convenience.

- Stir everything together well, then add the cooked rice, followed by the remaining two eggs. If you have these, you can beat them to your liking and pour them in over the rice. The egg will coat every grain of rice. This is a recipe I often make.

- Stir everything together until it starts to dry out, then add black sesame seeds and sprinkle with black pepper. If you have chopped green onions, you can sprinkle them on later, according to your preference. It's ready to eat!

And that's my method for making mixed seafood fried rice. It's another recipe I wanted to share with everyone. I guarantee it's delicious! Thank you everyone for your support. Have a great day!
