In my daily routine.🏋🏻♀️☀️🥗

Hi everyone! Today I'm greeting you with my daily routine. And today was lucky again because the sun came out this morning. The weather wasn't great before, with thick clouds, but I thought today would be sunny. I woke up late, had coffee, and after finishing my coffee, went into my room, planning to exercise. But then the sun came out! I was so happy because I wanted to go for a walk in the sun.

I really love sunshine these days because I want to see good weather like this. Without hesitation, I went for a walk. Today I walked about a kilometer and a half outside, which isn't too far. Honestly, I wanted to walk further, but it was quite cold. Even with the sunshine, it felt very chilly! The temperature was around 2-13 degrees Celsius today, but while I was walking, it was around 5-6 degrees. I didn't forget to bring my jacket. I walked and took pictures of the scenery along the way. The scenery is still the same these days, with alternating rain and sunshine. I wish it was sunny every day!


After walking back home, I didn't forget to exercise. I want to make it a daily routine. I'm excited about exercising each day. I have a plan for what I'll do each day, and I alternate between exercises. Mostly, I combine them so that when I'm tired from one exercise, I rest and then do another. I put on loud music to get in the mood for exercising.

I spend about an hour and a half at my gym. I'm so happy because it's my safe zone. I can do whatever I want without anyone watching me. I can do whatever exercises I want. But, like you know, when you're alone in the gym and using heavy equipment, you have to be careful because there's no one to spot you. Accidents are easy to happen, so you have to be extra careful no matter what you're doing.



After my workout, I'll cook. Some days I have food already prepared for me. Even if I cook, if it's something I like, I'll eat it. But if I want to cook something myself, I'll focus on protein. Today, I made protein from two eggs with vegetables and a simple spicy rice noodle salad. I also made a very easy stir-fried cabbage. I don't want to season things heavily, but if I don't season it heavily, it won't taste good.

Today I focused on vegetables – leafy greens, beetroot, and stir-fried cabbage. I added protein with two boiled eggs, which I often eat regularly. I also made a simple spicy rice noodle salad with canned fish. I'm easygoing these days because I'm too lazy to cook complicated meals. This is my daily routine.
