Today's lasagne is soft and not too dry. In addition to the flat dough sheets, there must be many layers of filling. If it's meat, it's usually put in tomato sauce. Layers of béchamel sauce and cheese Actually, I don't have any knowledge of Italian cooking, but now we have a mother in our house who cooks very delicious Italian food. And it's my mother's recipe. Knowing that I liked her, she prepared lasagna for the next meal of the day.
- And aside from lasagna, there's also "Torte salate", and this was the first time I ate it, or maybe I've eaten it before, but this is the first time I've seen it made. It's messy today. And after dinner on Mother's Day, I prepared some things to cook tomorrow. Today, she have an assistant, is the father.
- And the food that mother will make this time is vegetable-free. Things that can be prepared right now are pumpkin, asparagus, and zucchini. Cut everything into small, thin pieces and then stir-fry with oil until cooked. Actually, I can't explain it all. Because I didn't do it lol, which I can explain as I see it.
- This is what mom prepare in the evening and in the morning she prepares lasagna and torte salata by alternating sheets of dough with the filling that she made with layers of cheese. Top with small slices of pumpkin and you're done. As for this Torte Salata, I couldn't keep up with it because we woke up late that day but Mom took the cutest photo for me. The food you get today will be eaten while it's hot. for deliciousness When the two foods were put into the oven, the cheese began to melt from the higher temperature, giving off a fragrant aroma of cheese. It smells very fragrant. And I know that it must be very delicious. When I started to get it, my mother took it out to check to see if I had gotten it yet. And our food is finished. They look very delicious and smell good.
