Hi everyone, how are you all doing? Yesterday was Valentine's Day. I hope everyone is happy every day. Today, I'm going to share a little Valentine's Day moment. It was really just a normal day, but with an added special touch: roses and chocolates from my boyfriend. This year we're not together, so he sent the flowers through his mother. Here they are – a small moment on this special day of love.

As I said, today is a normal day, and the following is our daily routine. Every day I exercise at home. I have a small room at home that I use for my workouts. If I don't go outside on a particular day, I'll spend time at my gym.

My gym is another safe zone where I usually spend time. Some days I go to the gym around 10 am, depending on when I wake up and feel ready. Some days I go to the gym late, so I wake up late and go around noon, finishing around 2 pm.

I don't exercise intensely. I rest when I'm tired. I don't exercise continuously for two hours; I listen to music and pray casually, without rushing. It's become my daily routine.

Even on bad, rainy days, this place remains my little corner, my safe space. When I exercise, I feel happy and released; sometimes my muscles ache, but I accept it because it's what I do, and the result is for my health.

After my workout today, I ate Greek yogurt with fruit before my meal. Some days I cook quick, simple meals, but other days I prepare more complex dishes, or I eat my mom's cooking. This is my daily routine.

Then I put the bouquet of flowers in a vase, adding a solution of cold water to keep them fresh.
