Daily of health : Fit me health station πͺβ€οΈβπ₯π³π₯

Hello everyone! It's great to chat with you all again today. This is another activity I'll be doing frequently lately: updating you on my workouts and the healthy diet I'm trying to follow. I can't change everything completely though, because I don't want to be too strict, so I still indulge in some things.

My workout schedule is two days a week with one rest day, but sometimes I do intense workouts. I spend about one to two hours at the gym, but within those two hours, I don't work out continuously; I break up and exercise. Since I'm alone at the gym, I don't feel pressured, so I just go with the flow.


My workouts aren't structured yet, but I try to cover my whole body. Sometimes I do leg workouts, the next day back, the day after that arms β I alternate. Overall, I mix and match. On days I have extra energy, I mix and match, but it's not always ideal. I really want to create a structured schedule, but I've never actually done one. Whenever I try to follow a schedule, I end up doing other things too.

But I don't want to be too stressed, so I just go with the flow, dancing, taking pictures β my little joys. Besides exercising, as I mentioned earlier, I'm trying to eat as healthily as possible. As much as I can manage these days, I'm focusing on light meals. This usually includes Greek yogurt mixed with various fruits, sometimes sprinkled with black sesame seeds, or chia seeds.


The fruits vary, and some days I mix it with peanut butter for added protein, but there are also days I sneak in ice cream β like I say, I indulge! Some meals are protein-heavy, getting my protein from meat and eggs. I try to incorporate meat and eggs as much as possible into my dishes.

This is my daily routine these days. On days I'm free or in a good mood, I'll go for a walk outside, but on days I'm tired, I just stay home and eat. The most tiring days are probably those without sunshine, but on sunny days I feel an indescribable craving for chili peppers! This concludes my post with photos of my daily routine. I like it. Posts like this really motivate me to become a better person. I recently read https://betterme.world/articles/5-employee-wellness-apps-2026/ and it made me think about starting to exercise so I can become more focused and less stressed, especially at work. A nice bonus will also be getting in better shape and having a great mood, which is really great too.
