Entrenamiento suave zona 2 para iniciar la semana🙏🏻🏃🏻♀️🌤️🙌🏽

Saludos y Bendiciones Runners.
ENGLISH VERSION
Greetings and blessings, runners.
I started the training week with a gentle jog, spending most of the time in Zone 2 based on my heart rate—though based on how I felt, it seemed like I was in Zone 2 the whole time. With a beautiful sunrise and a magical sunset, I began my workout, today I went for a run with my husband; it was a very enjoyable run since we were running at almost the same pace—an average of 7:30 min/km—which allowed us to chat for a while and make the workout even more enjoyable. And, of course, we gave thanks for the new day and prayed for all those who have lost so much in this natural disaster. We’re moving forward but without forgetting, and we’ll keep helping.
The weather today was also very pleasant; even though it was raining at dawn, it wasn’t too humid, and the breeze felt cool. We took a break at the Virgin Mary monument—a place of peace and tranquility—where we rehydrated, and then continued home at a controlled pace. My average heart rate stayed at 122 bpm. When the weather is cool and the route is mostly flat, my heart rate isn’t greatly affected; it’s easy to keep it in Zone 2. I finished the route, covering 6.4 kilometers. I felt great and full of energy, thanks to keeping my heart rate under control. Let’s keep moving forward, my friend, giving our best—for ourselves, for all those who have lost the battle in this natural disaster, and for our Venezuela—so we can see it reborn and recover from this onslaught of nature.
