Saludos mis amigos, que tal?, como van sus dias? Que les parece mis queridos amigo, hoy sali a entrenar como todos los dias bien temprano, si me pareciĂł raro que hoy amaneciĂł tarde, eran las 5:30 am, y aun estaba oscuro, cosa que no pasaba los dias anteriores, pero no llovĂa aun. ComencĂŠ mi entrenamiento a un ritmo suave para calentar, mientras trotaba amaneciĂł, todo bien, pero fue llegar al estadio cuando ya comencĂŠ a ver el cielo diferente, si se veĂa venir la lluvia, pues que mas me dije, una vez que comience a llover me retiro, pero antes me dije me tomos unas lindas capturas fotogrĂĄficas y bueno tal cual sucediĂł, comenzĂł a lloviznar suave y luego intenso, a penas le di 4 vueltas al estadio, y me tuve quye retirar ya que comenzĂł a llover fuerte. Bueno me senti como un soldado caido, ya que no pude cumplir mis objetivos. Y asi sucede en la vida, debemos aprender que no todo sale como lo planeamos, y que no debemos desanimarnos, es fuerte porque no estamos preparados para las derrotas, pero si debemos estar preparados para salir adelante y no dejarnos abatir.

Itâs tough because we arenât prepared for setbacks, but we do have to be ready to move forward and not let ourselves get beaten down.
