My day was great because I took the day to be with my family, my mother in law came to visit and those are moments worth sharing.
I prepared my family their favorite meal spaghetti with ground beef sauce and quesito and then we enjoyed a nice afternoon filling my daughter's pool because we finally got our water piped in.
So much joy together and the best part is that we have the perfect community to share our special days @DailyBlog

Mi día estuvo genial porque me tomé el día para estar con mi familia, mi suegra vino a visitarnos y son momentos que valen la pena compartir.
Le preparé a mi familia su comida favorita espaguetis con salsa de carne molida y quesito y después disfrutamos una tarde agradable llenando la piscina de mi hija porque por fin nos llegó el agua por tuberías.

First I share with you how I made my special lunch, join me!
First Wash the ground beef, many people say that ground beef is not washed but yes you can and I do it by placing the meat in a cup with water and then I run it through a juice strainer and done😌
For my sauce I cut each tomato in two, put some paprika and a small onion I cut it in two pieces and in a pot I put water and added them to be able to parboil them, once the ingredients for my sauce were ready I put them in the blender and blended them, for some reason I am afraid of the seeds so I took a juice strainer and I strained all the liquid for my sauce.
In a frying pan I put oil and added the meat and let it sauté until it was white and then I added the liquid for the sauce, added salt and sugar to taste and let it boil, then I added a pinch of ground black pepper and oregano to taste and let it simmer.

Primero les comparto como realicé mi almuerzo especial, acompañenme!
Primero Lave la carne molida, muchas personas dicen que la carne molida no se lava pero si se puede y yo lo hago colocando la carne en una taza con agua y después la paso por un colador de jugo y listo😌
Para mi salsa corte en dos cada tomate coloque pimentón y una cebolla pequeña la corte en dos pedazos y en una olla coloque agua y los añadí para poder sancocharlos, una vez listo los ingredientes para mi salsa los coloque en la licuadora y los licue,por alguna razón le tengo miedo a las semillas así que tome un locador de jugo y colé toda el liquido para mi salsa.
En una sartén coloque aceite y añadí la carte y la deje medio sofreír hasta estar blanca y le coloqué el liquido para la salsa, añadí sal y azúcar al gusto y dejé hervir después coloque una pizca de pimienta negra molida y orégano al gusto y lo deje cocinar a fuego lento.

En una olla grande añadí agua y sal y deje hervir, añadí el espagueti y lo estuve removiendo para evitar que se peguen entre ellas y cuando estaba cocida la retire del fuego para colarla y colocarle mantequilla y listo a comer acompañada con quesito.

One of the joys we Venezuelans feel is to hear when we get water through the pipes is something inexplicable really hahaha and today finally after almost a month and a half we finally got water, in this city is very hot so we filled the pool to our daughter to take a dip 🥹 while we filled even recyclable soda bottles because in times of crisis is better to prevent and it is a feeling that only Venezuelans know😪
My daughter enjoyed bathing in the pool although it provoked me to throw myself in there with her haha I couldn't because she is too little.

Una de las alegrías que sentimos los venezolanos es oír cuando nos llega el agua por las tuberías es algo inexplicable de verdad jajaja y hoy por fin después de casi un mes y medio por fin nos colocaron el agua, en esta ciudad hace mucho calor así que le llenamos la piscina a nuestra hija para que se diera un chapuzon 🥹 mientras llenabamos hasta las botellas reciclables de refresco porque en tiempos de crisis es mejor prevenir y es un sentimiento que solo los venezolanos conocemos😪
Mi hija disfruto bañarse en la piscina aunque me provocaba lanzarme con ella ahí jaja no podía porque es muy pequeña.

Friends you don't need to go on vacation, or go out there to have a special day, only with the people we love make our days special. My day today was wonderful, doing my chores with the best attitude, my favorite food, the happiness of my daughter and the great company of my husband and my mother in law and of course with water at home a very important vital for our lives and the planet. What more could I ask for, these moments are unique, special and have no precio✨️❣️

Amigos no se necesita ir de vacaciones , o salir por ahí para poder tener un día especial, solo con las personas que amamos hacen nuestros días especiales. Mi día de hoy fue maravilloso, haciendo mis quehaceres con la mejor actitud, mi comida favorita, la felicidad de mi hija y la gran compañía de mi esposo y mi suegra y por supuesto con agua en casa un vital muy importante para nuestras vidas y el planeta. Que más podría pedir, estos momentos son únicos, especiales y no tienen precio✨️❣️
