This time I brought you a very delicious and simple breakfast, that I made for the most special person in my life, yes, I prepared a special breakfast for my mom, because on August 24th she was celebrating her birthday, and what better for such a special day than a special breakfast.

I made her some delicious sandwiches that she had told me a few days ago that she wanted very much, and I accompanied it with a coffee with milk, some delicious cookies (her favorite, she loves strawberry cookies) and with a delicious mango juice that is also one of her favorites, and of course I accompanied it with some incredible gifts. Me hace muy feliz estar acá de nuevo, trayéndoles una deliciosa receta.

En esta oportunidad les traje un muy delicioso y sencillo desayuno, que hice para la persona mas especial en mi vida, si, le prepare un desayuno especial a mi mamá, ya que el 24 de agosto estaba celebrando su cumpleaños, y que mejor para un día tan especial que un desayuno especial.

Le prepare unos ricos sándwiches que me había dicho días atrás que deseaba mucho, y lo acompañe con un café con leche, unas ricas galletas (sus favoritas, le encantan las galletas de fresa) y con un delicioso jugo de mango que también es de sus favoritos, y por supuesto que lo acompañe con unos increíbles regalos. The first thing I did was to wash the lettuce with a little vinegar, then I added a little salt. At this point I was a little upset because they had not bought lettuce since "there was" in the fridge, and when I went to see, that lettuce was horrible, but only a few leaves, and thank goodness, because at that hour we were not going to get lettuce, because of how early it was.

Lo primero que hice fue lavar la lechuga con un poco de vinagre, luego le eche un poco de sal. En este momento estaba un poco molesta porque no habían comprado lechuga ya que “había” en la nevera, y cuando fui a ver, esa lechuga estaba horrible, pero solo algunas hojas, y menos mal, porque a esa hora no íbamos a conseguir lechuga, por lo temprano que era.

Luego de haber preparado la lechuga, me puse a preparar el tomate, para esta preparación de los tomates, comencé picándolos en rueda, y luego le eche sal y un poco de orégano, me encanta echarle orégano, ya que le da un buen toque, y siento que sabe como a pizza, no sé, me encanta como queda.

It was time to start preparing the sandwiches, so I started separating and dividing the breads... I wasn't sure how many would be for each person, but I felt that one package of bread was too little, since we had to make a breakfast for 6 people.

Y ya tocaba comenzar a preparar los sándwiches, así que comencé separando y dividiendo los panes… No estaba muy segura de cuantos saldrían para cada quien, pero sentía que un paquete de pan era muy poquito, ya que teníamos que hacer un desayuno para 6 personas.

Then, I added the sauce, mustard and mayonnaise, in the usual order, although at the beginning I started by adding too much for the amount of sandwiches I had to make, so I had to add a little less sauce and mayonnaise to the last ones.

Luego, le eche la salsa, la mostaza y la mayonesa, en el orden de siempre, aunque al principio comencé echando mucho para la cantidad de sándwiches que tenía que hacer, por lo que a los últimos tuve que echarles un poco menos de salsa y mayonesa.

Then I added the lettuce and tomato, just as I did with the sauces, I did with the lettuce and tomato, which at the beginning I added a lot and by the end there was almost none left, but it still came out and yielded enough for all the breads.

Luego le eche la lechuga y el tomate, que igual como me paso con las salsas, me paso con la lechuga y con el tomate, que al principio eche mucho y para el final casi no quedaba, pero aun así salió y rindió para todos los panes.

And lastly, I added the ham and cheese, which is too bad, but look, thank goodness it was enough, because I had just enough for all the sandwiches I made, so if I had to make just one more sandwich, I wouldn't have any ham, cheese, lettuce or tomato, hahaha.

Y por ultimo eche el jamón y el queso, que menos mal, pero mira menos mal que me alcanzo, porque me dio pero justo para todos los sándwiches que hice, o sea que si tenía que hacer un solo sándwich mas, no iba a tener ni jamón, ni queso, ni lechuga, ni tomate jajajaja.

And to finish with this recipe, I put the breads in the toaster and heated them very well until the cheese was completely melted, because that's the way my mom likes it, and so on with all the breads, but to get ahead, since only 4 breads fit in the toaster, I was also heating them in a frying pan.

Y ya para terminar con esta receta, metí los panes a la tostadora de panes, y los calenté muy bien hasta que se derritiera el queso por completo, ya que así es que le gusta a mi mamá, y así con todos los panes, pero para adelantar, ya que en la tostadora entran solo 4 panes, iba calentando también en un sartén.

Y por último, hice un delicioso café con leche, para acompañar el rico desayuno.

Siempre es mejor consentir a tu madre, todo lo posible, sea lo que sea y gaste lo que gaste, es lo mejor, ya que en algún momento no estarás con ella y la extrañaras (justo eso me dijo una vendedora, cuando le estaba comprando uno de los regalos jeje)
