[ESP-ENG] Hoy asando pescado en brasas 🐟 /Today, grilling fish on the grill 🐟

Feliz tarde estimados compañeros de hive, un gusto saludarles y compartir con todos ustedes, en esta oportunidad les muestro estas fotografías asando pescado a brasas, al aire libre en casa de mis papás.

Happy afternoon, dear hive colleagues! It's a pleasure to greet you and share with you all. This time, I'm showing you these photos of me grilling fish on the grill, outdoors at my parents' house.

Este fin de semana fui de visita a mis papás el día sábado, para el domingo organizar todo para la semana de trabajo, como siempre hacemos una comida deliciosa para compartir en familia, y este día hicimos pescado asado a brasa, teníamos, dos buenas cachuas, una cuna y un plateado(parecido a un corocoro), todas fueron rellenas con un sofrito de aliños, ajíes dulces, cebollín, cebolla, ajo y cilantro, con un toque de pimienta y adobo.

This weekend, I visited my parents on Saturday. On Sunday, I was planning to get everything ready for the work week. As always, we prepare a delicious meal to share with the family. This day, we grilled fish. We had two good cachuas (small cachuas), a cuna (small cachuas), and a platano (similar to a corocoro). All of them were stuffed with a sauté of seasonings, sweet peppers, chives, onion, garlic, and cilantro, with a touch of pepper and adobo sauce.

El pescado fue abierto por el lomo, se le agrego un poco de limón y sal y luego el sofrito, una vez la brasa lista, con un fuego no tan alto, se cocinaron los pescados, lo mejor es que no tarda mucho y hay que estar pendientes para que no se quemen, quedaron deliciosos, lo combinamos con casabe y ensalada cruda.

The fish was opened along the back, a little lemon and salt were added and then the sofrito. Once the grill was ready, with a not-too-high heat, the fish was cooked. The best thing is that it doesn't take long and you have to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. They were delicious. We combined it with cassava bread and raw salad.
