COOK WITH ME: CHINESE VEGETABLE ❤️

HELLO EVERYONE,

Recently I cooked Chinese Vegetable at home. I'll share the whole process to cook easy yet tasty Chinese Vegetable. So, recently my brother's would be in laws visited our home. It was small get together. As they were new to visit us so I had to have cook something special for them. I cooked the vegetable and made two types of Salad for them. Everyone likes the food, though my mother cooked other dishes. But my family appreciates us when we do something new, and it makes us happy.

Now I'll share the cooking process step by step with pictures.

FIRST, I collected some vegetables like Carrots, Papaya, Mushrooms, Cabbages, Baby corn, Capsicum, Onions, Green Beans etc. I washed them and chopped them.

Then I boiled the papaya and cabbages or else they will smell.

Then I took a big pan. I poured some oil in that. Then I added the boiled veggies.

After that, I added chopped capsicum in the pan.

Then the chopped baby corn and onions.

Then I added mushrooms.

Then I put some chicken stock in it. The chicken stock will enrich the taste.

After that, I added boiled chicken.

Then I added carrots and beans.

Then I let it cook in the stock for 5 minutes.

Then I added corn flour, soya sauce, salt, a little bit of sugar and fish sauce.

At last I let it cook for sometimes, and that's it. The delicious and healthy vegetable is ready to serve.
