Turning a plantation into a restaurant while preserving the old water channels is very beautiful and clever, it shows how rural tourism can preserve old things instead of tearing everything down, I really like that they’ve added those boats for people to use for free, as it gives people another way to get around and entertain themselves. Those bamboo huts floating on the real canals give you that authentic connection to the land that most theme parks try to copy but never achieve and putting coconut shoots and fresh coconut in the food makes a lot of sense when you’re eating right where the ingredients grow, part of the experience instead of destroying it to create something completely different, thx for sharing
