( NOT all thoughts end in action,.) I totally agree with this phrase.... this makes me remember some phrases that I have heard, for example: If I could I would kill this person, if I could I would throw a grenade at this house, I dislike this person, I would love to shoot him etc, can you imagine if the action is carried out. Some people say I have killed this person several times with my imagination, human evil has no limits, sometimes I think, if we are created in the image of GOD, why are some people like this

What a good query.....'if we are created in the image of GOD, why are some people like this'
.

God created man in his image in that ...

Humans have self determination....I will....Volition.

Humans have self consciousness....I am.

Humans have a conscience....I ought.

Humans have mentality to learn vocabulary with which to reason....I think.
.

He gave us this essence and we learn of them as we grow into adulthood.

Volition is an important part of the human experience. God gives mankind the freedom to choose.

He knows we are human with the right to accept his plan for mankind or to reject it.

There are those who accept His plan and those who reject His Plan. He has made provision for mankind that delivers us. The plan of salvation and after salvation the forgiveness of wrong doing that we name to Him in order to continue to have a relationship with Him. However we never lose Salvation once we say, 'Father, I believe in Jesus Christ.'

Hope this short explanation helps. ^__^

I want to be under the protection of GOD.
There is free will, I can choose, and I definitely choose GOD, but it DOESN’T mean that I will allow people to mistreat me. I defend myself by analyzing people’s weak points, and that’s where I attack. It’s not fair to simply allow others to abuse us; that would be absurd. In fact, I will NOT allow anyone to even try to abuse me. Life has been hard on me and I’ve learned. I have a very strong character, ready to respond.

Greetings @lupega ,

Of course...I should think that is common sense. And neither would we want to carry the past around with us ie. 'a chip on the shoulder'. We trust God to give us the thoughts, motives, decisions, actions to deal with any situation....we give the problem to Him...He is God and once we are believers in Christ Jesus...we are His children.

II Timothy 1.7 'For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power (wisdom from learning the doctrines of the Bible) and of virtue-love, (a relaxed mental attitude toward all) and of a sound mind.

I Peter 5.7..Casting all your cares on Him...For He cares for you.

Psalm 5.8...Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because
of mine enemies; Make thy way straight before my face.

The Psalms and Proverbs of the Bible make for very good reading with many wise words for young men.

Kind Regards,

Bleujay
