Very interesting #POBPhotocontest this week and contest topic is Food. I decided to share most favorite and popular dish of Pakistan Biryani . Their are many different recipes to make Biryani and it is also famous with some cities names like Karachi Biryani or Hyderabadi Biryani etc. Biryani is a famous dish in all over Asia and Middle East as well with some changes in herbs. Biryani is originated among Muslims of subcontinent. This dish is made with mixed rice already cooked. It can be made with meat or without meat. It is layered with rice, meat curry, potato and mixed herbs and garnished with brown fried onions, mint, cilantro and boiled eggs. It is served with raita and salad.
