Hallo, liebe Hive Gemeinschaft
Heute anders
Hier geht es weiter mit einem leckeren Teigtaschenessen.
Früher hat meine Urgroßmutter sie immer gemacht, meistens sogar auf Vorrat.
Heutzutage kaufen wir sie beim Metzger meines Vertrauens, die Qualität ist sehr gut.
Normalerweise esse ich sie gebraten mit gerösteten Zwiebeln.
Aber auch Maultaschen in der Brühe sind super fein, sie werden mit Kartoffelsalat und Petersilie gegessen.
Falls was nachgewürzt werden muss, nehme ich gerne einen Schuss Maggi.

Today different
Here we go again with a delicious dumpling meal.
My great-grandmother used to make them all the time, usually even stocking up.
Nowadays we buy them from my trusted butcher, the quality is very good.
I usually eat them fried with roasted onions.
But also Maultaschen in broth are super fine, they are eaten with potato salad and parsley.
If something needs to be spiced up, I like to use a dash of Maggi.

It look like mashed potatoes, sounds really very delicious, grandmother's recipes are always full of taste.
That is an Swabian potatoe salad. Potatoes, Onions, Salt, Pepper, hot broth and vinegar ;-)

Okay I guess the right, its really mashed potatoes and same ingredients used as we use. It taste really good, we eat it with white rice.
The potatoes are not mashed.
They are shredded lukewarm.

Maultaschen vom Metzger? Was der wohl dort verpackt hat? Da braucht es dann wirklich viel Vertrauen.😉 Aber eine willkommene Idee. Die Teile habe ich ewig nicht mehr hergestellt. Höchste Zeit, dies zu ändern!
