Receta de helados de coco caseros

Ingredientes

• 2 liters of liquid milk
• 1 coconut
• 400g of dairy
• 2 tbsp corn starch
• 400g dehydrated coconut
• sweet pasta
• 2litros de leche liquida
• 1 coco
• 400gr de lechera
• 2 cda fécula de maíz
• 400gr de coco deshidratado
• dulce de pasta (bocadillo)

desprender la pulpa de la cascara del coco, de toda la cantidad de leche vamos a reservar por a parte dos pociones separadas. colocar el restante de la leche en una olla a fuego medio. licuar el coco con una de las partes que reservamos



With the other part of the reserved milk we are going to dilute the 2 tablespoons of corn starch, then we pour it into the milk that we put on the fire.

Con la otra parte de la leche reservada vamos a diluir las 2 cucharadas de fécula de maíz, luego la vertemos en la leche que colocamos al fuego.

Luego de que obtenemos el ligero espesor deseado agregamos el licuado del coco con la leche, mezclamos y dejamos por unos 2minutos mas al fuego y apagamos el fuego
