Enjoying a tasty lunch at the El Coyuco Restaurant

• Good evening friends, I wish you a wonderful weekend... I had long wanted to enjoy a tasty grill, taking advantage of the visit of my daughter @vero10h who arrived from Margarita a week ago, we decided to visit the restaurant El Coyuco, which is located in Caracas in the sector of Los Palos Grandes, I had very good references of this place, as long ago it was one of my favorite places when I wanted to eat grilled chicken or grilled. I had not visited this place for several years, I was pleasantly surprised to find the same excellent and careful attention from the waiters, as they were at all times aware of our order and to recommend the best option. The quality of the meat was really spectacular, its texture was very soft and juicy and at the cooking time we asked for. We took the opportunity to order two mixed grills, this dish was complete, it had: meat, chicken, chorizo, blood sausage, chops and yucca. As we had two options we decided to try the fried and boiled yucca, it had been a while since I had enjoyed the crunchy texture of a good yucca, I am sure that the oil they use to fry the yucca is of excellent quality, since the taste of recycled oil was not felt, this was a positive point to be able to return with full confidence. Whenever I visit a grill restaurant I always give priority to the guasacaca and the spicy sauce, since it is a tradition in my family to put a touch of both sauces on the meat and chicken, the guasacaca of this place is very tasty, it has the perfect texture, something we loved were the pieces of avocado that they put on it, as for the spicy sauce we found it with a perfect contrast, since it was not extremely spicy, we felt the exquisite and aromatic flavor of the sweet chili. The price seemed excellent in relation to the quality of the food... for people who want to enjoy a family atmosphere and a place where they can taste exquisite meat, I recommend this place.

• Buenas noches amigos, les deseo un maravilloso fin de semana... Tenía tiempo deseando disfrutar de una sabrosa parrilla, aprovechando la visita de mi hija @vero10h que llegó de Margarita hace una semana, decidimos visitar el restaurante El Coyuco, que esta ubicado en caracas en el sector de Los Palos Grandes, tenía muy buenas referencias de este local, ya que hace tiempo era uno de mis lugares favoritos cuando deseaba comer pollo a la brasa o parrilla. Tenía varios años que no visitaba este local, me llevé la grata sorpresa de encontrar la misma atención excelente y esmerada de parte de los mesoneros, ya que estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de nuestro pedido y de recomendarnos la mejor opción. La calidad de la carne fue realmente espectacular, su textura estuvo muy suave y jugosa y en el termino de cocción que pedimos. Aprovechamos de pedir dos parrillas mixtas, este plato es fue completo, tenía: carne, pollo, chorizo, morcilla, chuleta y yuca. Como teníamos dos opciones decidimos probar la yuca sancochada y frita, tenía tiempo que no disfrutaba la textura crujiente de una buena yuca, estoy segura que el aceite que utilizan para sofreír la yuca es de excelente calidad, ya que no se sentía el sabor del aceite reciclado, esto fue un punto positivo para poder regresar con toda la confianza. Siempre que visito un restaurante de parrilla le doy prioridad a la guasacaca y el picante, ya que es una tradición en mi familia colocar un toque de ambas salsas en la carne y el pollo, la guasacaca de este lugar es muy sabrosa, tiene la textura perfecta, algo que nos encantó fueron los trozos de aguacate que le colocan, en cuanto al picante nos pareció con un contraste perfecto, ya que no estaba extremadamente picante, sentimos el sabor exquisito y aromático del aji dulce. El precio me pareció excelente en relación con la calidad de la comida... para las personas que deseen disfrutar de un ambiente familiar y de un lugar donde poder degustar de una carne exquisita les recomiendo este lugar.
