- For this post, I will talk about my dessert, That the menu am make I called "Pumpkin Balls in Coconut Milk" . Yellow color I make from pumkin and green color am make from pandan leaf. The process of this dessert am focus on natural. Which is beneficial to the body. My steps to do are as follows 👇
Ingredients.
- Coconut milk 600 ml.
- Glutinous rice flour 250 grams
- 40 grams of sugar
- Salt ½ tsp.
- Pumpkin 350 grams
- 4 pandan leaves
How to make.
🥑 Step 1: Steam the pumpkin for about 20-25 minutes.
🥑 Step 2: After that, mash the pumpkin thoroughly. Then put the glutinous rice flour into the mashed pumpkin. thresh flour together, we will get yollow corlor from pumpkin.
🥑 Step 3: Cut pandan leaves into pieces, mix with water and blend thoroughly. After that, add only pandan juice and mix it with glutinous rice flour. thresh flour together, we will get green corlor from pandan leaves.

I've never tried that kind of dish but there's a similarity on it when I was on province which my grandma cooks a sweetened pumpkin which colors red and no preservatives added pther than red sugar. It's so delicious and as your dish madam it looks not so sweet and it's good to health since pumpkin and pandan had lots of benefits.
