Letβs make an easy salmon spaghetti dish!
Hello friends! For this post, Iβd like to share my cooking experience. Today, I made salmon spaghetti ππ, made even more delicious with creamy sauce. Honestly, Iβm not very skilled at making this kind of dish π , as I usually focus on Thai cuisine πΉπ. But sometimes I get a little bored and want to try something new, so I only make dishes like this once in a while.
My cooking style is actually quite simple π³, and I focus on flavors that I personally enjoy π. Haha, because Iβm the one eating it! But cooking also brings a different kind of fun, and I always feel happy when I see my finished dish π, especially when I get to season it just the way I like.
So, letβs get started and make some salmon spaghetti together! πβ¨
- Salmon β 200 g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Butter β 2 tbsp
- Spaghetti β 180 g
- Parsley β 1 tbsp, finely chopped
- Pasta cream (heavy cream) β 100 ml
- Parmesan cheese β 30 g, grated
- Salt β Β½ tsp (or to taste)
- Black pepper β ΒΌ tsp (freshly ground)
- Fresh milk β 100 ml
Step 1 : Cook the Spaghetti
- Add water and a little oil to a pot to keep the spaghetti from sticking, then bring it to a boil.
- Add the spaghetti (180 g) and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (tender but slightly firm).
- Drain the pasta, then toss it with butter for a fragrant touch.
Step 2 : While waiting for the spaghetti to cook, prepare the ingredients for the cream sauce.
I washed the parsley and lemon thoroughly, finely chopped the parsley, sliced the lemon, and cut the salmon into small cubes.
Step 3 : Prepare the salmon
- Season the salmon (200 g) with a little salt and black pepper.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Pan-sear the salmon until golden brown on both sides (about 2β3 minutes per side).
- Remove and set aside.
Step 4 : Make the cream sauce
- In the same pan where the salmon was cooked, with a little butter left in the pan π§,
- Add fresh milk (100 ml), pasta cream (100 ml), and Parmesan cheese π§, stirring gently to combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon π to taste.
- Simmer over low heat until the sauce slightly thickens π².
- Add the parsley πΏ and stir for about 30 seconds.
Step 5 : Garnish and serve
- Plate the spaghetti, top with sauce and salmon, and add extra Parmesan if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal! ππβ¨
And this is a pasta dish that makes me want to cook it again π, because it has the rich, creamy flavor with a hint of saltiness, paired with delicious salmon π. Itβs another dish that brings so much joy when eating!
