Quesadilla con Pollo with chicken marinated in lime, red pepper, coriander and cheddar cheese / Quesadilla z kurczakiem, papryką, kolendrą i żółtym serem

It's been a long time since I had eaten a Mexican dish - quesadilla, and today I felt like eating it, so I ordered a quesadilla with chicken, red pepper, coriander and cheddar from Buenos Nachos Mexican restaurant. Apart from the quesadilla, I got two sauces - mango and mild.

Już dawno nie jadłam meksykańskiego dania - quesadilli, a dzisiaj naszła mnie na nie ochota, więc zamówiłam sobie quesadillę z kurczakiem, papryką, kolendrą i serem cheddar z restauracji meksykańskiej Buenos Nachos. Oprócz quesadilli dostałam dwa sosy - mango i łagodny.

This was what my ordered food looked like with home delivery. It's nice that there is not much plastic here. Eco-friendly paper box and quasadille wrapped in grease-absorbing paper.

Tak wyglądało moje zamówienie z dowozem do domu. Fajnie, że mało tu plastiku. Ekologiczne papierowe pudełko i quasadille zawinięte w papier pochłaniający tłuszcz.

I also got the current menu. I was interested in patatas - baked potatoes with cheese and chipotle sauce. I think I used to eat them once and I liked them. I will order them next time.

Dostałam tez aktualne menu. Zaciekawiły mnie patatas - pieczone ziemniaczki z serem i sosem chipotle. Chyba kiedyś je jadłam i mi smakowały. Zamówię je następnym razem.

The quasadillas were quite thin but with enough ingredients inside. Tasty. I liked it best with the mango sauce. An interesting sweet and salty combination of flavors was created.

Quasadille były dość cienkie, ale z wystarczającą ilością składników w środku. Niezłe. Najbardziej smakowały mi z sosem mango. Powstała ciekawa słodko-słona kombinacja smaków.
