CEO Dinner Ritual: 10/10 Turkish-Egyptian Grills at Bosporus | Open Air Mall, New Cairo

I found the perfect CEO reset spot in New Cairo.

On April 8, 2026, I ended up at Bosporus restaurant in Open Air Mall, Madinaty. After a long week of work and trading, I needed a place with real food, open air, and zero distractions. This view over the fountains was exactly the upgrade my brain needed.

The Menu Study:
I sat down and opened that huge menu. The grilled section called my name immediately. We ordered kofta kebab with rice, grilled chicken, stuffed vegetables "mahshi", muhammara dip, and fresh salads. For drinks: lemon mint juice. Ice cold, not too sweet. My standard focus drink.

The First Bite Reality:
The kofta came sizzling on a hot plate over thin bread, with rice, grilled tomatoes, and onions. Perfect char, juicy inside, real charcoal taste. The grilled chicken was tender and lightly spiced. The mahshi was a surprise - tender, perfectly cooked in rich tomato sauce. The muhammara dip with warm bread was unreal. The lemon mint cut through all the richness.
