Hoy entregamos un pedido que nos tenia muy preocupadas jajaja nos encargaron hacer una torta imposible, y aquí entre nos queridos amigos... JAMAS, habiamos hecho una torta imposible (o torta quesillo), pero sabiamos que si no lo intentabamos en edta ocasion, seria algo que seguiriamos postergando y dejando para luego por no saber.

Nos miramos mi mamá, mi hermana y yo y dijimos: Vamos que si podemos!!! Hicimos la lista de materiales para la compra, y rapidamente nos dirigimos al lugar en busca de los materiales, incluyendo un molde nuevo, ya que la torta en esta ocasión era más pequeña.

Les cuento que las paredes de las calles que antes contenian graffitis o imagenes despintadas están siendo renovadas en la ciudad, me alegra mucho ver eso, le da un aire nuevo, ya saben, el color es vida.

Volviendo a lo nuestro, hicimos la mezcla de la torta, la mezcla del quesillo, el caramelo, y aferrandonos a Dios para que todo saliera bien (era ya domingo por la tarde, tenia que salir bien en serio), seguimos la receta paso a paso, y dejamos nuestra torta imposible por hora y media en el horno.

Going back to our business, we made the mixture for the cake, the mixture for the cheese, the caramel, and clinging to God that everything turned out well (it was already Sunday afternoon, it really had to turn out well), we followed the recipe step by step. step, and we leave our impossible cake for an hour and a half in the oven.

Pasado el tiempo de espera, boom, saltamos de la alegria, en efecto, la ciencia de ma cocina hizo de las suyas y nuestra torta imposible salió intacta.

Mi hermana la decoró con arequipe a petición de la cliente y hoy en la mañana pasamos a hacer la entrega, ahora, estamos esperando que el resultado haya sido bueno.

Sobre mi garganta y el malestar de la semana pasada, aun sigo lidiando con eso, iré al medico esta semana para ver de que viene ese malestar tan extraño, seguramente es viral pero siempre hay que asegurarse jajaja.
