Actualizando el tema de mi colesterol, estoy tomando agua de avena para llevarlo a su nivel normal, y estoy comiendo con menos grasas (mantequilla, aceite, salsas...), me recomendaron tomar agua de berenjena pero una vez la probé por accidente y no me gustó nadita, fué un mal trago.
