The family car isn't having much luck this week, geez. That is one of those oddly shaped corner windows too, might take some time to order it and get it installed. Was it the end of a handlebar that jabbed the body and window? Sorry my man, hope 2023 is a better one for me and you both.

Not too worry about the car though, but the liability. In this country, regardless of the circumstances, the vehicle with more wheel involved is responsible(destinated) to pay for all losses. Often starts with $8k onwards for any bodily injury involved(as serious as broken nail). Even if there's no physical injury, it can usually ended up with mental issue(traumatized by the accident) as a result the "victim" couldn't go to work. In my case, was a potential brain surgeon 16 year old high school student.
Yes, it is caused by the handle bar. Had a long scratch mark all the way from the rear quarter panel, and then smashed into the side mirror and flip the entire mirror assemble inverted, and jammed the handle bar right at the bottom corner that result the crack, and continue to pinch the handle bar at the front fender and dragged a few more dent. God must have love these kids 😅 I wish I didn't imagine what if they went up against a 40 wheeler truck.
Sounds like a bureaucracy to rival the USA, well at least the family is safe, could've been much worse I guess.
