From my own experience I can tell you that you don't have to be a millionaire to visit Dubai, there are much cheaper options.
I guess so but i guess visiting dubai needs a lot of money so i can buy some things there to bring in Philippines lol
I don't know what the rules are for the Philippines but we bought a lot of stuff in Dubai (we had a 23kg hold bag full of shopping) and all of that was included in the airfare.
And for me it is very expensive to get from Romania to the Philippines, to have such options on segments with very long stopovers, but if I want to get through the Philippines I would surely find a way even if it would take me three days.
Ah ok i see , well who knows maybe someday i could visit
