Hola amigos de hive ¿cómo están?,tenía tiempo sin publicar porque estuve demasiado ocupado con los estudios, hoy les traigo está receta de carne molida de mi abuela @chironga67 espero les guste los dejo con la preparación y los ingredientes.

Ingredientes:

1 kilo de carne molida.
2 dientes de ajo.
6 Ajies.
1 Cebolla.
Curry cantidad necesaria.
Aceite cantidad necesaria
Sal.
Onoto cantidad necesaria.
Cúrcuma al gusto.
1 ramita de cilantro

Preparación:

Lave todos los aliños, luego los pique y le saque las semillas al ají, pele la cebolla y la pique en cuadros pequeños, una vez tengamos los aliños picados ponemos a calentar el aceite una vez el aceite este caliente echamos los aliños para sofreirlos, cuando tengamos los aliños sofritos echamos la carne y le agregamos el onoto el curry y la cúrcuma,mezcle bien y deje cocinar en su propio jugo, le agregue una taza de agua, pasado 20 minutos rectifico el sabor dejo cocinar 5 minutos más y listo.
Yo cociné una pasta para acompañarlo pero ustedes lo acompañan con lo que a ustedes más les guste.
