Beautiful picture and even better painting. The drawing in between the two pears had a very beautiful detailed pattern. I don't know long it took, but it must've taken a while. Plus, I don't know if it was the pattern on the plate thst was as intricate as the one on the drawing, but it's lovely, and adding the paint looked like a delicate process as well.

Greetings @josediccus ,
How very kind of you to drop to by with your kind compliments and astute observations.....thank you.
That is the way of it...when a painting/ drawing is in progress, one must be flexible as in this case...I realised the jug was too busy for the overall composition. Painting the jug was a delicate process as you say...because it seems out of one's control with Watercolour.....but you carry on and hope once it dries it is to your liking. ^__^
Kind Regards,
Bleujay
I have used watercolor in the past, when the painting is not dried, it's chaotic and rough until it finally dries. How long did spend on this one?
Hiya @josediccus ,
Exactly...
Thank you for your kind query. If I remember correctly....a couple of weeks.....for the painting of it.
Cheers, Bleujay
Wow, a couple of weeks? Amazing. Sometimes people who see art from the point of view of an admirer does not know how much work is being put into making the art work.
