Saludos amigos de #Hive y #Actifit. Espero se encuentren muy bien por acá les saluda Joscar Mundo, en esta nueva oportunidad comparto mi actividad que realice con la compañía de mí amigos @manuel-sw y @manuelramos.

Nos encontramos en el Parque Las Ballenas, donde realizaríamos nuestros entrenamientos matutinos, llegue al rededor de las 7:45 am y empecé a hacer mi rutina, cuando llegue los muchachos no habían llegado no pude tomar fotografías de los ejercicios, los cuales fueron 15 minutos saltando cuerda y toes to bar, luego empezó a llover y tuvimos que esperar a que escampara y empezamos de nuevo a entrenar yo me retire más temprano y ellos se quedaron entrenando.
We met at Las Ballenas Park, where we would do our morning workouts, I arrived around 7:45 am and started to do my routine, when I arrived the guys had not arrived I could not take pictures of the exercises, which were 15 minutes jumping rope and toes to bar, then it started to rain and we had to wait for it to rain and we started training again, I left earlier and they stayed training.
