I certainly live in Venezuela, and here problems seem to grow on trees and fall on us without warning and with full force, so I understand and empathize with what you say in your post! I send my best wishes for a speedy recovery and hope solutions to everything come your way as soon as possible. The very bad political and social climate here in France (rise of fascism, crisis of social work, laws against culture...) is hard to believe in the country of "Human Rights". It's like a nightmare but it's the true and cold reality. It causes anxiety, pain and sadness.
I'm a social worker and I'm about to look for a job in another field because I lost faith in it.
You're totally right, physical exercise and art are the best ways for me to recover, physically and mentally.
