Hold My Pretzel

Continuing to enjoy the mountain side of Georgia. Today, Tiffany and I got our marriage license and will get married in Helen tomorrow here in Helen at 1pm.

Today, we came up to check out the waterfalls and got a great hiking activity by visiting Anna Ruby Falls (I’ll post those pix up on LikeTu eventually. Took a bunch of photos there).

We are now visiting the German town of Helen and went to a place called the Old Bavaria Inn Restaurant and where we got the giant pretzel that I uploaded for this post.

It had been chilly of course, but the early morning was ICY 🥶 and I’m ok with that.

Being born and raised in the Northeast and living most of my life in New York and now being a Florida resident for fifteen years plus feeling this cold weather brings back the memories.

Truth be told, I wouldn’t want to live in cold weather again, but don’t mind the very few cold days in Florida, which are far and in between.

Tiffany’s boys held up nicely during long drive in from Central Florida to Clarksville, Georgia and are having fun out here.

It’s the youngest first time outside of Florida and the fifteen year old was a baby when Tiffa took him on a trip.

Their Dad lives in Florida, so it’s not a long ride to his home when he picks them up to spend time with the boys.

They are growing up fast, so we want to take them to DC, New York and Tennessee the next few years before it won’t be cool to hang out with us anymore lol.
