My friend! Gallbladder problems are no joke. I've never been that thin in my life; you could see my bones, just like you. The good thing is that today it's just a bad memory, and a good one at that, because we always learn something from that time, both about vulnerability and about people's kindness... I'm glad you have so many throwback photos. This is the perfect community for you to share the stories behind them, so we'll be waiting for you. Hugs, and thanks for being part of #TBT Thursdays.

Yes, the experience was truly unpleasant, but the learning prevails, as do the memories of those days. Best of all, I came out on top and learned firsthand the value of empathy, even from people I didn't know. I have many photos from the past; luckily, I maintain a good digital archive.
