Hola amigos de Hive, soy yo de nuevo compartiendoles un nuevo post, he estado un poco inactivo estos últimos días pero ya volveré a publicar nuevamente, en este post les estaré compartiendo mi entrenamiento de hace algunos días en el parque las ballenitas.
Hello Hive friends, it's me again sharing a new post with you. I've been a bit inactive these past few days, but I'll be back to posting again. In this post, I'll be sharing my workout from a few days ago at Las Ballenitas Park.
Bueno amigos, hace algunos días dieron los resultados de la competencia nacional "Legends of the bars" dónde quedé clasificado en la categoría Profesional, en un próximo post les estaré contando sobre esto, y mis preparaciones para esta competencia.
Well, friends, a few days ago the results of the national competition "Legends of the Bars" were released, where I placed in the Professional category. In an upcoming post, I'll tell you about this and my preparations for this competition.
En este entrenamiento me enfoque en las combinaciones como habitualmente lo hago, full planche en barra con free y más estaticos, también este día practique un poco lo que es la full planche en mini paralelas ya que no la hago mucho en el suelo, también practique v-sit dónde paso a paso la estoy logrando sacar gracias a la ayuda de mi mejor amiga que me está motivando a hacerla🔥.
In this workout I focused on combinations as I usually do, full planche on the bar with freestyle and more static exercises. Also this day I practiced a little bit what the full planche is on mini parallel bars since I don't do it much on the floor. I also practiced v-sit where step by step I am managing to do it thanks to the help of my best friend who is motivating me to do it🔥.
