Arethusa a mano is a hidden gem up in the boondocks of Bantam, Connecticut. It's a cafe that was opened by the Arethusa Farm team to compliment their retail store and farm-to-table restaurant. Everything is made from scratch, with high quality ingredients, and you can easily tell after your first bite.

I stopped at Arethusa a Mano for lunch recently. I ordered a Roast Beef Melt. It consisted of house roasted beef, caramelized onions, a trio of Arethusa Farm cheeses and horseradish cream, served on a toasted onion roll. As you can see, it was a phenomenal looking sandwich, and it tasted even better than it looks!
