Fresh Roasted Garlic - Connecticut Garlic & Harvest Festival - Bethlehem, Connecticut
Over the weekend I went to the Connecticut Garlic & Harvest Festival in Bethlehem, Connecticut, There were over 200 vendors serving up delicious garlicky foods. I went home with this big container of fresh, roasted garlic. It's absolutely delicious, and it melts in your mouth like butter. I've been eating them as is, adding them to dishes, and smearing them onto toasted bread with olive oil.
