Last week I was in Waterbury running errands and decided to stop by Los Garcia Mexican Fusion for lunch. It's a food truck style restaurant specializing in mexican favorites. I ordered 3 Al Pastor tacos and a Pineapple Jarritos. A delicious combo. Jarritos launched an NFT last year called Bones by Jarritos. I bought some and managed to win a $100 Taco Tuesday VISA Gift Card in one of their Discord Giveaways. Essentially, this lunch was paid for by Jarritos! It's great to be a Bones holder. For Mexicans it is a tradition to eat tacos al pastor. I have never tried them but I would love to be able to and more so they look delicious
